Synopsis

BUY THE BOOK
Wow! Shit just got real. It keeps getting better. This is the
second book in the series and is Jeremy and Nicole's story. They were
introduced and a part of the first book, where I had already fallen in love with them. It was so great to see that Roxy and Chase finally got their shit together and got their HEA.
Jeremy and Nicole had me pulling my fucking hair. These two were
so incredibly frustrating, especially Jeremy. Fucking Jeremy! He was such a
dick trying to fight his feelings and attraction towards Nicole. I wanted to
shank his ass for being so damn stupid and stubborn and for breaking that feisty lil’ heart. One minute he wants her and is acting on his feelings and
the next minute he’s with someone else.
“Nic,” he whispered.
“Jeremy, don’t forget to grab more condoms!” I heard her voice,
and Jeremy winced. I grabbed Jeremy’s hand by his pointer finger, and pulled
him off and away from me. He leaned his head back to the ceiling and took a
deep breath. My guess is he didn't want me to find out he had someone here.
I absolutely love Nicole. Another strong, confident, independent,
take charge female heroine! She is not afraid to tell you how it is, tell you where
to shove it and throw down when protecting those she cares for.
“I kicked open the passenger door and before any of the other club
members could react I put the barrel of the gun to the back of Jax’s head.”
Holy shit, the twist and turns in this one is totally something I
was not expecting. Trouble is brewing, revenge is being sought, and the sexual
tension is thick. Oh and let’s not forget about the other MC hottie, Hunter.
Chase’s right hand man who is sexy as hell and has his eyes set on Nicole.
“I felt protective of her. Fucking-A, we had just made out in my
truck. The things that woman can do with her mouth, and that tongue ring.”
So what happens when you’re in love with a woman you keep denying yourself
of, another man has eyes for her and gives her the attention she deserves, and
your enemy takes you off guard and your blindsided when your woman walks away
with the enemy.
“Motherfucker, you have a fucking clear shot, Derrick?”
Just like in the first book, this will have you sitting on the
edge of your seat. My eyes were glued to the pages. It was hott, sexy, packed with action and some
sexy tough badass bikers! What a twist to the story and holy fucking cliffhanger!
Again, well done Heather Leigh for another fantastic book and I can’t wait for
the next one.

About the author
Deciding to write books was something I had contemplated for a while. A co-worker of mine had gotten me started me on the 50 Shades Trilogy. I had quickly became absorbed! Reading contemporary romance had become a part of me.
Little did I know that my daughter was a product of the “50 Shades Baby Boom”! I remember going to my doctor’s appointment to find out that we were off to labor and delivery- and I didn’t download any new books to my kindle! Talk about bummed out! However, I made up for that when I was home for my maternity leave. I believe we read 40+ books while I was home.
I am a full time new mom, and wife. Yes, I do work full time, I am currently doing multiple things, bouncing back after baby, weight watchers, exercising, training for a 5k, reading and writing. So far, I have really enjoyed writing as a hobby.
My work book club, “HE” had consumed us (and by us, I mean 2). We were critics of the stories and characters. I then thought to myself, “hmm, I bet I could write stories just like this, and have them turn out like I’d want them to.” Well, joking turned into thinking. Thinking turned into brainstorming. Brainstorming lead to opening a word document and letting my mind explore.
Growing up I had written short stories with friends, and as extra credit for school. This is probably where it all started… I had turned in one of my short stories without re-reading, or editing it completely. I had my paper returned to me saying the “content was inappropriate.” Apparently contemporary romance was frowned upon in English class! Oops! So maybe I was destined to become a writer.
I thought to myself that I want to live in this world and make a difference and have a part of me in history after I leave. This is me staying forever young.
Here I will post my journey, it’s a learning experience for me, so please bear with me.
