I couldn’t wait to read Maverick’s story. He was supposed to be this sexy mountain man that the lady’s couldn’t resist. Well there is no doubt that Karina Halle kicked it up a notch in this book. I wanted to read a book not do exercise. I mean if you consider vagina clenching exercise, then yeah! Because I was doing this a lot!!!! Lol…. HOLY FUCKING HOTTNESS!!!

From the very beginning I was pulled into the story. We start off on Riley and how she ends up in North Ridge and man, what an opening to a story. I was totally devouring the pages. I instantly loved Riley’s character. She was so bold and confident sexually yet still vulnerable from the tragic events she’s endured. She was the perfect match for Maverick. And Maverick….oh Mav! Be still my clenching thighs. Mav was everything you just want to devour in a man. Sexy, tattoos, demanding and take charge and he still had that soft side that easily came out with Riley. The flirtation and sexual banter between these two was fun and entertaining. The chemistry was off the charts.

Karina Halle did an amazing job on the delivery of this story. These risk takers had me sitting on the edge of my seat. I was absolutely consumed by this book. I completely fell in love with these characters and these stories. Fox and Del’s story is next and I can’t wait to see what Ms. Halle has in store for their journey. Loving this series and highly recommend it.

Get ready for a wild ride. Karina Halle delivers a story packed with wild passion, wild chemistry, wild raw emotions, wild sex and one wild sexy man that will steal your heart.

From the very beginning I was sucked in by the undeniable vulnerability and heartache that I sensed was to come. This author did such a great job with these characters and bringing them life and expressing their emotions that you can feel everything they’re going through. My heart ached when theirs were breaking. I cried when they were sad, confused, or hurt. My heart filled with hope when they were picking up the pieces. Shane and Rachel had so much history, so much love for each other.

This was such a great story line. I loved how the author not only used dual POV but also gave us past and present and everything flowed so flawlessly. This was just such a great second chance romance story. I read this in a matter of hours because I was just so consumed in Shane and Rachel’s journey. Not to mention they were scorching hot together.

Wild Card is absolutely a beautifully written story about love, forgiveness and finding your forever home. Looking forward to seeing what Ms. Halle has in store for the next Nelson brother.
