I love reading books by HJ Bellus. No matter what
struggles her characters go through they are never the damsel in distress. Her
characters are strong, sassy and witty. This story is just another addition to
her amazing writing and beautiful story telling.
Jazzy and Levi’s journey had me laughing,
cringing, smiling and crying. These two were definitely made for each other.
They both have their struggles and need to find their place in the world. Levi
has definitely met his match. I love how Jazzy gives as good as she gets. With
her fierce attitude and witty comebacks, she is still a broken soul. Her story
made me cry. I felt her pain. I wanted to hold her and comfort her.
Levi just has this way about him. Through all the
dickhead comments and tough ass exterior he’s just a guy who needs to feel
worthy. There were definitely moments when I wanted to punch him in the junk
but then he had his moments that were totally heart melting.
I absolutely love that we get more of Lynlee and
Linc as well in this story. It’s super cute and I love how HJ Bellus portrays
these characters personalities. You can feel the emotions throughout the story.
Another 5 Star read from an amazing author. I would definitely recommend
