There’s no easy road traveled to such an intense
sentiment, one I never dreamt I’d feel…
But I also never planned on Cannon Blackwell climbing aboard my tour bus.
I am totally giddy after reading this book. As
always S. E. Hall has captured my heart. I love her writing style and the
delivery and flow of her stories. I became a fan of S.E. Hall after reading
Emerge and then I had to read more and she totally blew me away with the Evolve
Series and she continues to do so in Pretty Instinct.
I think, no, I know for sure that I had a
stupid goofy grin on my face throughout the whole book. Her characters are
flawless and I love each and every one of them. Such amazing supporting
characters that adds to the perfection of the story.
Elizabeth Carmichael is witty, sassy, fierce,
caring and a funny girl. She is loyal and takes great care in those that she
loves. I instantly loved her. Jarret and Rhett are her two best friends and I'm
hoping that they get their own book because you will fall in love with them too
and I want to know more about them. Especially that Rhett. Always the quiet
brooding ones that get to you. Conner, her brother, love him, super adorable and funny.
Cannon Blackwell had a shit day and was left
on the side of the road. Literally. He is instantly likeable and the more I got
to know him the more I fell for him....hard. He is such an amazing guy. So
expressive and smart. He doesn't let Elizabeth or Lizzie, as he calls her, get
away with being a bitch. He gives it right back to her. He is the perfect guy
for her. I fucking loved his character. He was so fucking sexy and adorable. And yes, he instantly moved up to my top 5 book boyfriends.

"Because," I flip open one button of my fly, "the only time you're truly with me," second button, "is when I'm inside you. So I'm going to fuck you 'til you're back to certain," number three, "and remind you," four, "we. Are. We."
This book when you get to that point is
seriously fucking hott. It's also emotional and filled with love, passion, hate
and anger. Lizzie goes through some shit with her father, which she hates, but it's not at all what she thought
it was.
I loved and hated how it ended. I hated it simply because I didn't want
it to end. I wanted to keep reading more and more about Lizzie and
Cannon. I wanted more Conner. I wanted more Jarret and more Rhett. I wanted MORE MORE MORE!!!! This was such a great story, written so flawless and delivered to perfection. Highly recommended!!!
