My Review
I am in fucking love with Blaise Richards!!!!!! He is the perfect book boyfriend and I am calling dibbs on him right now. I want to book marry him, have book babies with him and live HEA!!! So #backupoffmynewbbfbitch. If I could give this book more than 5 Stars, I totally would. Because it is so well deserved of more than 5 stars and totally fucking worth it.
Okay so now that I got that out of the way, I will tell you this was an AMAZING book. I stayed up all night reading this because I did not want to put it down. It's sad and emotional but filled with so much hope and happiness at the same time.
Tatum goes through so much in one day. Her life literally falls apart in the blink of an eye. After finding out that her boyfriend is a cheating bastard she is not so sure she is ready to trust any man again and let anyone in. When she meets Blaise she is instantly attracted to him. He wants more. Her heart isn't ready. Can she fight the temptation?
His silver eyes catch me checking him out. I don't pretend otherwise. He knows what's he's got going on.
"Hey You," he says with a soft smile, kissing my temple.
Melt. I could melt into a fucking puddle. Hell, my panties are proof of that.
Blaise is the tattooed volunteer fire fighter who doesn't want another serious relationship. Or so he thought. He's the perfect gentleman with a beautiful loving family and he wants Tatum. Unable to explain the pull he has towards her. He will do anything to get her to let him in.
This was a very well written story. Loved the story line. Loved the bond and family dynamic between the characters. I truly wished that they were real and that I can be a part of this family. I loved them all and yes, I totally fell head over heels for Blaise. He says the perfect things at the perfect time. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to read this book. Kaylee Ryan is truly an amazing writer and draws you in from the very beginning.
Towards the end of the book I was sitting at the edge of my seat. I didn't see this coming and it caught me off guard. The tragedy. My heart broke and I cried and I fell more and more in love with Blaise. Instant chemistry. Strong connections. True Love. The perfect guy for the perfect girl. And an awesome group of characters that will have you falling in love with them as well.
There's laughter. There's tears. There's ooh's and ahh's. And there's hot and passionate sex.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and immediately after ordered the paperback copy. This is definitely a MUST read and put on the top of your favorite books list.

Blaise has stepped up his seduction tactics. He’s constantly touching me, giving me sweet gentle kisses. His attention has me on fire. I’m ready to take him to the nearest storage closet or bathroom and take full advantage of what he’s offering.
He’s marking his claim for the night, and really, he doesn’t need to. I plan to allow him to seduce me. My earlier thoughts coming to mind. I know I shouldn’t since he is Ember’s brother, but I want him. I want to know what it feels like to feel his weight on top of me. To be able to trace his ink with my tongue. I can no longer resist his charms, or seduction techniques, whatever you want to call it. I just don’t want to resists him any longer. I want one night with him. One night of passion and no thoughts of what I lost. I just want him. With that thought, I relax against him. Blaise releases my hand and slips his arm around my waist to hold me against him.
