~ Review ~
This is the first time reading from this author and I have mixed feelings about this book. It's a quick read and though entertaining, I had a hard time keeping focused on reading. The beginning really dragged on.
Bobby Cummings is only nineteen years old and just moved to Paris with his older sister to attend culinary school. He's immature and cocky and is only thinking about how many woman he can get. When he meets Lilly he feels possessive and wants to impress her.
Lilly is young, smart and at only twenty years old is teaching classes at the top culinary school in Paris. She is attracted to Bobby but has seen him surrounded by a bunch of women. She knows that he is that guy and needs to stay away.
It seemed like a slow paced relationship building and then it just jumps from one moment to another and Bobby is ravaging her and feelings are building. But Lilly surprises Bobby with her future plans that he was not expecting. I didn't see that coming.
It surely leaves you with an interesting cliffhanger and wanting to know what happens next with Bobby and Lilly. I think the story has potential but it just lacked that attention grabbing romance and 'sexiness' the story is supposed to convey.
