ARC REVIEW: Wildcard: Volume Two (Wildcard #2) by Missy Johnson

Title: Wildcard: Volume Two
Series: Wildcard Serial
Author: Missy Johnson

Release Date: September 17, 2014

Synopsis

I’m so fucking pissed off that she would do this to me.

I really thought we had something, but instead, I’m left feeling like an idiot.

All I want to do is go back home and forget the last few weeks ever happened, but I’m stuck in this stupid country teaching tennis to spoiled rich kids who care less about playing than I do.

All I want to do is forget about her.

But things are never that easy, are they?

Review

Whoa. What a great read. I love Ryder. He may say and do stupid things at times but he is so sweet and caring when given the opportunity to show that side of him. He cares deeply for Scarlett but he’s hurt and he doesn’t know how to handle that.

He can’t stop thinking about her. She lied to him and he doesn’t feel like he can trust her. He knows she’s hiding something but he can’t stay away.

Scarlett’s ex is back. He is nothing but trouble and she’s been living in fear since his appearance back in her life. He wants money or she will regret it. She’s scared that her life and everyone else’s will be ruined if her secrets are revealed.

My mind is racing. The suspense is killing me. I want to know what this chic is hiding. This will leave you sitting at the edge of your seat and ready to one-click the next one. Missy Johnson does not disappoint. I love her writing style and the delivery of the story just flows and leaves you wanting so much more. Super sexy and definitely a must read.
